someone decided to spend a lot of time to tell us why our logo is wrong.
Looks like they know typography pretty well… whoever they are.  I love Vimeo, the artwork, the community, the interface.  It’s one of my favorite sites ever - I must agree with this artist.  Vimeo should consider these minor tweaks to the typeface.  Rock on Vimeo.

yeah, I was thinking the same.  While Vimeo is awesome to the ninth power, these tweaks do make sense… especially the e.

I’m not a fan of the kerning of the proposed logo, but I’m kinda torn about the m-e. It’s grown on me.
Either way, we’ll lose 40% of our userbase.

Do not take the ‘v’ apart from the ‘i’ looks terrible, the subtle differences in the ‘v’ and ‘m’ tails add to it i think, can’t have to much curvyness. the m-e thing is iffy.
